THE ROLE

Our HVAC Service Department is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality service, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and repair works as well as attend call-outs to various sites. Recording information necessary to quote on repairs identified onsite will also be required. Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety compliance is an important part of the HVAC Service technician's job.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

  • Current ArcTick Licence (RAC01)

  • Drivers Licence

  • Demonstrated experience in service, maintenance, and diagnostics of HVAC systems.

  • Minimum 3+ years of VRV/VRF experience required.

  • BMS or Chiller desirable

  • Good communication, problem-solving, time management and teamwork.

  • Sponsorship available for suitable candidates.
