The scope of works covered the provision of the mechanical services for the upgrade of L26 Chiller Plantroom, including warranty, service and maintenance for 12 months of the following works:
- Installation of 2 new York Chillers in level 27
- Supply and Installation of mechanical services, chilled water for the chillers, including a new system header in L27
- Extension of chilled water pipework for chillers 2 & 4 to new header in L27
- Extension of secondary chilled water pipework from existing North and South risers to L27
- Supply and installation of 6 new pumps
- Installation of new cooling tower (CT) in L28
- Refurbishment of 2 existing cooling towers in L28
- Supply and installation of a new 200 mm diameter balancing line between the existing 2 CTs and the new CT
- Supply and installation of new low harmonic VSDs for new equipment
- Supply and installation of insulation for new chilled water pipework
- Supply and installation of new flow meters for the chilled water system
- Supply and installation of new flow meters for the condenser water system.
- Supply and installation of 2 new MSSBs
- BMS to suit new works, including relocation of existing equipment to L27
- Rigging and cranage of new equipment
- Supply and installation of ductwork c/w associated fittings such as dampers for plantroom ventilation.
- Supply and installation of new chilled water pipework at P3 QPMCM
