Preventative Fire Maintenance
We provide customised Fire Protection, Preventative Fire Maintenance, 24/7 emergency call-out, inspection, repairs, upgrades, testing, and certification of all fire and life safety systems. This includes; automatic fire detection and alarm systems, automatic fire suppression systems, smoke and thermal detection, hydrants, hose reels, fire doors, portable extinguishers, passive fire, emergency lighting, warning and operational signage, and evacuation paths of travel. Our highly skilled team collaborates with owners, strata, and building managers to provide planned and systematic inspection, testing, and rectification of fire and life safety essential services. World-class response times and detailed online documentation are all part of our successful approach.

 

24-Hour Emergency Response
It’s our job to keep your organisation risk-free. We do this by working extremely closely with you to develop customised maintenance programs in line with Australian Standards. That way our technicians learn your system inside-out and can respond appropriately in the case of an emergency. As a client, you will have access to 24-hour emergency response with our service team available – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

Plant Upgrade
Our in-house team is available to meet all your upgrade requirements which include, smoke and thermal detectors, sprinklers, fire indicator panels, emergency lighting, signage, extinguishers, hydrants, reels, and fire damper installation. In addition, we can provide dilapidation reports or equipment assessments to assist in budget planning.

 

Tenancy Refits
We have an entire division dedicated to tenancy refits and modifications. Our engineers are fully conversant with the unique, often fast-track requirements of refurbishment projects. Our in-house engineers are always ready to design a fire system or adapt to your own engineer’s design.

 

Essential Services
Our team are up-to-date to comply with the Environmental Planning & Assessment (EP&A) Regulations
(2021). Beaver Williams is uniquely placed to provide an integrated approach providing both mechanical and fire safety inspection and certification.

 

Our Essential Services team holds the current required licences with in-depth knowledge and experience
working within the requirements of the various Australian Standards including AS1851 (2012) for Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems & Equipment.

 

We are able, not only to provide the required Council Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS), but can provide remedial works including; Fire Damper, Passive Protection, Fire Indicator Panels, Stair Pressurisation System, and much more.

 

Annual Fire Safety Statements
Beaver Williams is a gold member of the Fire Protection Association of Australia. Our qualified staff hold
accreditation for Annual Fire Safety Statement inspection and testing. Our fire safety assessors are
Accredited Practitioners of Fire Safety (APFS) for all essential fire safety measures. Beaver Williams provides the remedial work necessary for the compliance of your building.
