Mechanical Services
Our highly experienced team loves solving problems. We provide mechanical services for pump overhaul or replacement, fan motor overhaul or replacement, re-pitching of fan blades, shaft and bearing changes, filter replacement or upgrade, cooling tower basin recoating, access platforms, fire damper installation, ultrasonic testing of pipe work and thermal testing for switchboards.

(2021). Beaver Williams is uniquely placed to provide an integrated approach providing both mechanical and fire safety inspection and certification.
Our Essential Services team holds the current required licences with in-depth knowledge and experience
working within the requirements of the various Australian Standards including AS1851 (2012) for Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems & Equipment.
We are able, not only to provide the required Council Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS), but can provide remedial works including; Fire Damper, Passive Protection, Fire Indicator Panels, Stair Pressurisation System, and much more.
Annual Fire Safety Statements

accreditation for Annual Fire Safety Statement inspection and testing. Our fire safety assessors are
