Apple Computers first Southern Hemisphere flagship store fit out. Includes 500kw air cooled chillers complete with chilled water FCU’s, ductwork, VAV, hot water re-heat, DDC, electrical and commissioning.
The George Street Apple store is a landmark building comprising one of the largest free standing glass structures in the southern hemisphere. Providing air conditioning to such a design proved challenging and allowed Beaver Williams to demonstrate its true potential.
Due to the ever changing design Beaver Williams chose to complete this project with its own in house staff, the only subcontractor being the BMS.
