THE ROLE

Due to the continuous growth of the business, an opportunity to join Beaver Williams in the role of Fire Services Tester has become available. In this role, you will conduct monthly, biannual, and annual testing and inspection of fire safety and electrical systems, including fault finding, repairs and replacement of equipment.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Experience as a Fire Tester

  • Demonstrated experience conducting testing and inspection of fire safety and electrical systems, including fault finding, repairs and replacement of equipment appropriate to your skill set.

  • Valid NSW driver’s licence


DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Cert II or III in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing

  • Skills required are written and verbal communication, time management, problem-solving, interpreting technical data, and teamwork.

  • simPRO experience.

  • FPA accreditation for Inspecting and Testing all fire measures (or willing to obtain).

  • White/Green card.

  • Current Police and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).

  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia in a permanent, full-time role.
