Recently completed Mechanical Testing and Fire Dampers Inspections for a mixed-use waterfront precinct and adjoining hospitality complex as part of the AFSS 2026 annual compliance requirements.
Our team assisted with the inspection and testing of:
- Mechanical air handling systems
- Fire dampers in accordance with site drawings
- Automatic shutdown air handling systems
- Carpark exhaust operation testing in line with AS 1668.2 requirements
The works were completed in accordance with the relevant BCA and Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 1668.1 and AS 1668.2, helping support the client’s ongoing compliance and fire safety obligations.
The project also involved ASE isolation and reinstatement, along with detailed inspection reporting and compliance documentation.
Pleased to report that no defects or non-compliances were identified during the testing process.
